ALDEASA DUTY FREE SHOP AT THE MADRID-BARAJAS T-4 AIRPORT.

Responsibilities:

Owner representative at the site job, coordination of Architects, Airport Authorities and General Contractors, fixtures Manufactures, ITI installers and all subjects involving the execution of the shops. Cost controllers regarding above matters and client´s budget. Planning and Opening the shops on time as per owner requirements. Helping out the diferents departments of the Owner´s company to adapt to the new Build. Dated on 2.005.

Helping the investor from the early begining to find the best location for the Mall, designing and developing the Project from making up the first draft to the Occupancy License, owner´s representative at the City Authorities electrical power & warter companies supliers, Project Management for the main buildings, finding out best Contractors at the best price, cost contralers of the full process. Also coordination from the Architeture and Engineering point of view with the Retailers. Dated 2.005-2.009

In those tender time execution & price will play a main roll, once is put all together it will be reported to the client for the their selections.After the selection will be done, we could be involved in redaction of the contract and our group of technicians will make sure those commitments came to a good ending. Our technical group will be on site until the take over of the building by the client. They could stay longer of the client requires it.

Retails Shops: We can find the best locations for your business in any city of Spain in cooperation with 3rd agencies. Initial drafts will be done for your selection and final Project, including Business & Occupancy License. We will give support to the selection of the general contractor and specific suppliers.

As the current situation 0f the plot market land in Spain, and working with Real State Agencies we can provide the best plot or location to develop any kind of building within the Spanish Borders.
